Team Wellington prepared for tricky match against bottom-placed Southern United

The battle against complacency will be just as important as the one Team Wellington will wage against their opponents on Sunday.

The third-placed hosts take on the last-placed Southern United at David Farrington Park, but the winless visitors have belied their place on the table to give few Stirling Sports Premiership heavyweights scares this season.

Auckland City needed an 83rd-minute goal to beat them 1-0 on November 13, which Team Wellington captain Bill Robertson said was an indication of their strength this season.
