Tom Jackson overcomes "life paralyzing" concussion to return to football

Tom Jackson is appreciative of every minute he gets on a football field these days.

The Team Wellington striker made his return to football in his side's 4-2 win over Hawke's Bay United on November 6 after three months out with concussion.

"I fell over, banged my head, fractured skull, concussion, out for three months," he said after scoring a double in Team Wellington's 5-2 over Hamilton Wanderers last weekend.
